Full payment is required to complete registration and secure your space in a program.

Payment must be received within 48 hours of registration to secure your space. Aqua Kids Swim School Inc. reserves the right to release an unpaid space after this period.
Please note that receiving an online registration confirmation or receipt does not indicate that payment has been received unless payment was completed as part of the online transaction.
A $50 NSF fee will apply to all returned or dishonoured cheques.
By selecting credit card as the method of payment, the payer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable 3% credit card processing fee.
Registration
Registration may be completed online.
Registration is considered complete once Aqua Kids Swim School Inc. has received all required registration information and full payment.
Spaces are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until registration and payment requirements have been completed.
Cancellations & Make-Up Classes
Students may be eligible for a maximum of two (2) make-up classes per student, per session.
To qualify for a make-up class, Aqua Kids Swim School Inc. must receive notice of the cancellation by phone or email at least one (1) hour before the scheduled class start time. If the required notice is not provided, the missed class will not be eligible for a make-up.
Make-up classes are not guaranteed and are subject to class availability, appropriate swim level, scheduling, and available space. Aqua Kids Swim School Inc. will make every reasonable effort to accommodate eligible make-up requests; however, we cannot guarantee that a suitable make-up class will be available.
All make-up classes must be completed within the same session in which the original class was missed. Make-up classes cannot be carried forward to a future session, transferred to another student, exchanged for a credit, or redeemed for a refund or cash value.
Failure to attend a scheduled make-up class will result in the make-up being forfeited, and an additional make-up class will not be provided for that missed make-up.
Course or Schedule Changes
Requests to change a registered course, class, or schedule are subject to availability.
A $25 non-refundable transfer fee, per student, per course will apply to changes requested after registration has been completed.
All registrations are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
No refunds will be issued for missed classes, withdrawals, scheduling conflicts, unused make-up classes, or changes in personal circumstances.
Where required by applicable law, this policy will be administered in accordance with the consumer rights and remedies available under Ontario law.
Pool Closures & Program Interruptions
From time to time, circumstances outside the reasonable control of Aqua Kids Swim School Inc. may affect the operation of a scheduled class, course, or program.
If an unexpected pool closure occurs, Aqua Kids Swim School Inc. may, where reasonably possible, offer lessons at an alternative location in close proximity to the originally scheduled pool.
If Aqua Kids Swim School Inc. cancels a class or is unable to provide the scheduled class, we reserve the right, as appropriate in the circumstances, to:
If an unforeseen closure or shutdown affects the remainder of an ongoing session, the value of eligible remaining classes may be applied as a credit toward future classes.
If a closure occurs before a session begins and prevents the session from proceeding as scheduled, eligible class fees may be credited toward a future session.
Aqua Kids Swim School Inc. will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule or location changes and to minimize disruptions to participants.
Aqua Kids Swim School Inc. may occasionally take photographs or video recordings during lessons, classes, events, or other activities for educational, informational, website, social media, or promotional purposes.
Photography/video consent is optional and is not a condition of registration.
Aqua Kids Swim School Inc. will make reasonable efforts to honour the selection provided at registration.
